Question for Mystery Tales: Time Travel

Hi I'm in the level were you must find the boy+ girl done all that found everthing now I'm stuck with what must be done next,I'm told to use the brush but do not know how,found the key and spider.Please help many thanks

Use the brush on the blue like wave in the last but one block and there is a fish there to be found
