Cannot find the sliced bread and saturns rings in the abandon barn. And it is stopping me from going on in the game.

You have to hold the L button and find a loaf of bread and then draw a line (like I said, hold the L or R buttom to draw) Through thee loaf of bread. Wala, you get a piece of sliced bread.
