I have cleared cobwebs,solved his face puzzle n got the key but when I put the key in the lock it disappears.have tried rubbing stylus over whole screen,nothing happens.help please. It's drivin me crazy!!!!!!

Try pushing both the L and R buttons at the same time. The rest of the puzzle is pretty easy to figure out. Good Luck!
I reread that and realized you already got that far. When I put the key in the safe it opened. Sorry.
