I'm looking at his picture, turned my DS several different ways, but I can't find the will. Please help, I can't move further in the game until I find the will.

You need to click on the picture then go to the bottom and click on your DS symbol, there you need to get the X-Ray and go to the bottom of the picture and you will find the WILL.
