When he says the riddle about where 'Tim' eats luch and breakfast etc, he goes to the other house in the lake place, go behind it and you will find him there.
Then he goes to the beach when he says where people bathe without water etc.
I'm not sure of the last one but he DEFINATELY is not on the meadow place. Thats the wrong one.

The third on is, where violet is and where the clothes shop is. 
hes near violets home, around that area.
