I can't get the nappy off or do anything else as it won't even go to options to let me do anything! I kept deleting and starting a new baby when I got stuck on tasks but I can't even do that now! Any tips folks? Please!

When changing the baby I put soap on the cotton ball and start at the top of the mess. Make sure that the babies legs are up in the air. Move the cotton ball down just slightly so you don't touch the mess in the diaper. After I bring the cotton ball down once I lift the stylus up off the screen and replace it at the top of the mess and repeat this until the baby is clean. Even if the ? Or ! Shows up at the bottom of the screen, just keep cleaning the baby and be sure not to touch the mess in the diaper. The marks will eventually go away and you can then proceed to finish changing the baby.
