When you have got the dino's inhaibit fully upgrated go to east grumble at the very start I think you turn on the music if not it dosen't matter when you find him takee the berrys and feed them to him. You can find the berrys in the the bush next to him.

Upgrade dino habitat to at least Lv 1 then go to east grumble and click bush he comes out put on music and feed him yuckberries from the bush. Snookums is yours!
