Well you have to make sure you have all eof the stuff picked up then you wait to see if he comes that is how I got him

You have to upgrade the foodies house once or twice, then go to dessert desert, find oddie, do the stuff it says, then you get him.

THERE IS NO CHEAT FOR ODDIE --- THAT IS WHY HE'S THE HARDEST TO GET.... IT JUST TAKES LOTS OF TIME UNLESS YOU GET HIM QUICKLY PURELY BY LUCK. YOU NEED 3 STAR BLOSSOM SEEDS, PLANT THEM, THEN WAIT FOR ONE BLACK FLOWER, ONE PURPLE FLOWER, AND ONE YELLOW FLOWER.

YOU HAVE TO BUY THE FOODIES HOUSE TWICE THEN GO TO BIZRR BZAAR AND BUY THE DEEP FRIED OOBLADOOBLA AND GO TO DESSERT DESERT AND YOU WILL FIND A CIRCLE WITH MILTIPLE COLURS GIVE IT TO ODDIE AND OU GET HIM

Upgrade Your Foodies House then go to the Dessert Desert and collect all the stuff and you will find Oddie near the volcano.
