You need to 1st go to no.1 in the wolly wilderness (I forgot the name of the darn place) then go to the little pond and take out the lillypad. Then, go to the safari shop in monstro city to get the towel. Then, go back to that place WITH THE TOWEL and wait till you hear that sound. Then, look around for a moshling and you would either see fifi, scamp, honey, flumpy or humphrey. Either way, still try get the moshling but thats how you get scamp! P.S. Try look for the eggs don't forget

Well you got to upgrade the doggies house until you can do it no more,then you can go get the cheats if you want to do it yourself but if not you have to take away the water lily in Whoop 'N' Holler Valley at the pond then you need a towel but remember some moshlings are harder to get it may take a while you just have to wiat then come back later and there will be a little noise which means you have attracted a moshling.
Trust me I have all the puppies.

Go to whoop n holler vally then take away the lilly pad then go out of it then go back in then you will hear a sound then go o the pond again then you will see him then click on him then get a towl and give it to him and walla

You go to whoop n valley take the Lilly pad than go to the shops to upgrade the puppies house till you can't anymore. Than go back and see if you can here a sound.when you see the puppy dressed as a frog buy a towel from somewhere than give it to the moshling than you got him.

I have just done it about 2 seconds before I posted this you remove the lily-pad in the 1st area then buy the towel then upgrade the puppy house then go back wait and click him (it will tell you what to do next on the ds) he will be at the pond
