I not getting any money when I click on my friends pictures. U can see the coins but they don't make the amount of coins go up

I can't get my coins and lifes,it's like this on all the monster busters.Has been like this all day. I can see the pictures of my friends, but won't give me my coins. Won't let me ask for lives either
