You either find it in zacks bed where you pulse into his house then pulse out ate the top of his bed or you pulse out beghind the counter ate big wave and look ate the surf board but if your looking for a good balance of power up then ide use p ring I'm not shure where I found that one I think I found that one in a purple data but any way if it's for somthing els heres the info on it it sais, get only zennys from battles it's attak is, 2 , it's rapid is, 3 , it's charge is four hope I helped
