I need to find the exact location to find Sibra scales, I have been looking for him for a very long time. I beat him once but now I have to find and beat him again in order to unlock one of those doors to go further in Deepspace2. I don't remember where I fought him last but I know it was in the school and I have been checking there but still no luck in finding him!

I am preatty sure Libra appears in the classroom of Geo. Look at the dead ends and corners of it. Hope I Helped!
I assume you mean Libra not Sibra and usually,it appears in the classrooms so check every classroom every inch every corner because one wrong movement may have made you pass it in an instant.I suggest gaining more hp and stronger chips because it's ex and sp versions are tough to beat.
