First go to the Space museum in AKMEN. There should be some stairs. (But don't pulse in yet.)
Go up the stairs and you'll see a satallite display.
Press A so that you can read the information.
In the end you'll see a wavehole there. Then after you read the display, pulse in and enter that wavehole you found. You'll be in a Space Comp. Then you'll see a black orb around the top corner. Press A.
Go to the science museum, but don't pulse in. Head to the satellite and turn it on by pressing A. Now, head to the satellite comp and it's hidden in there
