its on the wave road above Echo Ridge or at Vista Point

You go on the wave road furthest left. You can catch a glimpse of it when you pulse in. The wave road that goes to Bud's "doghouse" is around where Taurus is. You have to walk on it a few times or pulse out and pulse back in again. Taurus Fire ex is in the dead end. By the way, if your looking for Cygnus Wing ex or sp, just take the teleporter and go to the down right corner of Boreal's lab and there is a green BMW, take it and walk around the wave road, you'll find him eventually. Hint: Talk to the kid in red in BigWave shop and Traderman 3 has horrible trades, you might want to save before using it, before using it, put on your Visuilaters.

First you go to the car comp.Press A on the engine at the top.The car will crash the truck.Go inside it.There will be obsticles.

Echo Ridge, same place you fought his EX version. Run around till you finally fight him. I suggest having Search Eye ready if you want to harvest good record time to make your SP card stronger
