How exactly do I battle Leo Kingdom Sp, When I encountered him in the hidden wave off of vista point I only battled his normal form(no ex or sp) I need to know how to fight him against that I can complete my mega class cards please help it's the only thing i need to beat the game completely

Well, I don't think you can battle him for the sp cards or ex cards... What I do know is that you can look up "megaman starforce: leo cheat codes" and you can use bro. Mail and send the codes to the Leo insignia in the middle.
Go to mail press x chose the leo sign chose a simbul the chose don't send. This is case senitve tipe in "Cipher" press start then tipe this in the means to press the button that is under the captals and backspace button then tipe Star Force, the ultimate power!then press start the yes and you get a
