Hi I have 2 questions.

1 how do you get to your b combo page

2 how do you start the lunar knight sidequest??

Sorry but I can only answer one right now for you. To get to your B combo page you go to the "Transfer" screen and select "Brother".when you get to your brothers select your own profile (personal page).when you see your profile you then press "X" and it will give you a screen of things you may edit. Then you select which ever you would like. Hope I could help you out in time.-Kyse

P.S: you can actually change your secret and message there too (which I'm sure changes from time to time).
