Chip 134 is Aura and it is found in a BMW in the Outer Astro Wave, I don't reember which one, I think it's the first, you have to beat the game and have access past Noise wave 4 and 5, which requires a certain amount of Battle Cards I think. You have to beat SpadeMagnesR and ClubStrongR. Aura nulls any attack below 100 damage.
