The first time you see him is undernet zero through a different way. Go to the big tree in green area. Then press a in the corner and it should say something that say there is a huge pit. Fall in and follow the path.

Uhhh......Wrong game, that's BN6. I think this person is asking about BN5, in which case, I don't know. Possibly Nebula Area 6? Or maybe you do want 6 but accidently posted on 5?
