Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Double Team

I have the lord of chaos chip or chaos lord;whatever it's called, in my folder, the equipped folder, and i've only seen it in there once. Why does it never show up in the 5 chip options in a battle?

Ya it is always last and you have to use somekind of shuffle chip to get it further up.

It is also a vary rare chip so it comes near to last

You need to get lots of RegUps to make it your regular chip or "RegChip" so it always shows up first.
