Bug and Nebula Grey

After I beated Cosmoman for the second time (I used Dark Chip) Megaman entered a Pernament evil state. It's really annoying because I can't use Navi- or dark chips. And Because of that I can't beat nebula grey. My mega buster isn't working either. How do I get rid of the evil state. Please tell me

What dark chip did you use? And the problem might be that your navi customizer program might have a program in a wrong spot and that would cause a bug to affect after you use a dark chip. If that's not the problem, then if you have a Justice J chip, go into the OldComp and trade it with the Mr. Prog and you'll get a program called SoulClen which takes Megaman out of his evil state. Next time, don't use dark chips too much.

It's awesome when you are dark megaman, cause I just use one every battle [1 hp loss permanently is no problem]. Then one day, when I used 400 dark chips, I'm considered dark and don't lose anymore hp from darkchips.
