Chip Location of BugBomb A? SerchMan DS

Where is BugBomb A located at? I only need this so I can get all the P.A. I also need to know how to get SearchMan DS. The guy that I versed for the chip SearchMan SP wont change to DS. How do I get him to change? Please help! Ill give the one that gives me one awnser the best (the one that awnsers one of my questions first) the best awnser and a 10 rating! The other I will give a 10! Please Help! Thanks!

You can obtain the BugBomb A chip in Undernet 1 green mystery datas.If you have the best chances of luck then you can also try the Ship chip trader or the Oran Ilse trader and as for the Shademan,you can only battle his DS form in random encounters in the same locations after you defeated Liberation 9.
