Im totally stuck on puzzle 30, the hints are no use, please help

The left/right sides have 5 pegs. On the left 4th peg down drag a line to the 2nd right peg. Now the top and bottom has 9 pegs. On the top 4th peg from the left drag a line to the 6th bottom peg. The 4 quadrants will be divided off into sums that equal 33. Hope that makes sense.
