How do you get a completion ticket when you face eggmen and bowser

To get a completion ticket you go to frost town and behind the museum their is a yellow shy guy who will give you one BUT you half to try beating them twice for him to give you one
I have not tried to beat browser and eggman yet but I just fail a mission 5 times to get 1.
Visit the guy in the white at the gallery and he will give you a ticket. If not, fail on purpose a few more times and ask again. If he does not, repeat the process!
You cannot use a completion ticket on Bowser and Dr. Eggman because the game forces you into the mission without asking if you want to use the completion ticket. I don't know WHY the game does that but it's probably to make you actually face the final boss instead of skipping it like a wimp.
