I'm a real novice

Having purchsed the R4 adaptor and micro chip I now would like to download the Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games for my grandaughter...but I haven't a clue how to do it. Sanzano tells me that by placing my need for assistance here, I would get all the help I required (and that's an "A to Z guidance) Many thanks for your help in advance...As you possibly have guessed, I'm well past my prime unlike you youngsters out there with knowledge of 21st century technology.
Oh....you need to tell me where I will find your reply please.

Your best bet is to go to a store and purchase the game. "Downloading" DS games and putting them on those adapters is technically pirating, and illegal.
