How do I play 12 butterflies. There are no firecrackers as I can see.

It's like a trick level. You don't match any tiles at all apart from the binoculars. You use them to determine where the final two tiles are. (they'll be invisible to the binoculars and are at the bottom in the top and bottom middle). You then use the Butterfly tiles to lift tiles so you can just click on the final two tiles. You'll need all 12 butterfly tiles to complete.
