Question for Lost in Blue 3

I am playing Claire and I am aware that the boys and girls have different roles..However I assumed that claire could hunt and fish because she could make the fishing pole and bow. Can the girls hunt and fish? (with fishing pole) Also I cannot find out to make the basket..the boys won't make it...thanks

I'm not very far in the game myself but I know for definite that CLaire can't hunt-I havent found the other girl yet- she can fish though but you can only fish at the first cave. Sorry, I don't know how to make a basket either!!!! :P sorry!!!
