How do I switch Characters?

Please help me
I have body muscles on Claire and I don't know how to switch to Sam or James.
For EXAMPLE:
I am Claire and I need to reach a boulder and I'm not tall enough so I want to switch to Sam but I have NO absulute clue how to...

I MIGHT AS WELL GIVE UP AND START A NEW GAME

Can someone (anyone) Help me

You can only climb two levels as Sam or James, the girls can't climb very high or jump as far. They also are the only ones who can complete all the recipes, (male designed, right?) anyway, there's plenty of logs and stuff to push to allow the climbing, it just takes a couple extra steps. You can start over as Sam if you want to be able to hunt and climb but it's fun to do all the characters and all the possible endings at least once.
