Hot spring

Sorry for the many questions but were is the hotspring I need to find the medicin for the girl and what do you say when you s james about the medicne.

Go out the lower right exit of the bat cave, cross the rivers to reach the right hand side to exit the screen, you will come into the poison gas zone, the hot springs are in the middle at the top. Watch out for the gas, go another way round if it blocks you, use the mini map. Can't remember what I said to james, use can I ask about something then the medicine option should be there and he should tell you where it is, triggering the upper right exit in gas zone to become clear of gas.
