Maybe you treat them wrong. AKA you don't feed them enough food, water, or you ask them todo alot of things all the time. A good way to make them your friends and to help is to ask them "Whats New?" once every day and I stress !1! Or else you will lower what they think of you... Also gifts work pretty good to.

I agree with the Lostinblue3kiddy and would like to add: take each person places with you, give them a necklace gift, keep the fire lit and make sure there is firewood, water. Also don't over-task them...like always asking to go get food, it appears to make them angry!
