Bandits hideout

I'm already at the bandits hideout and I don't really know what to do. I went first inside the locker room and went back home to go the next day but when I went there the guard was guarding the locker room and the boat was gone. What should I do!? T^T

when you're in the locker room, walk around and there is a box, climb on it and walk around on the pillars.
