I am on episode 3 and I am at the part that is after the surgey and after it shows you that Kaori steps on the sea creature. But anyways I can't figure out what to do, I talked to the to people that I could (Hikaru and Sora) But I am stuck!!

You need to TRANSFER to [Guesthouse Reception] in the hotel. Tendo will say something about where Yamazaki-san is. You then need to TRANSFER to [Tamaki Clinic] to talk with Sora, then TRANSFER to [Harbour] or Wagi Port to meet with Yamazaki-san.
