You need to use the goblin to open the green safe. That will lower the light allowing you to use Ron's deluminator.once you have the light, then get the goblin to use the safe again,which will lower the other light and you can put the light thing in there. Then you have to go back to the safe and use it again, which will raise the now - lit light and get rid of the devils snare. Now go and use wingardium leviosa to remove the broom things and release the chain. Now use the bike and ring the bell to distract the dragon using the Y button. A trail of studs will appear, so you need to follow them and jump off at the end.
