You have to bust everything up before you approach Grawp and some things will need WL to build you a tricycle. The parts will come together and the bike will have a gold bell on the back. Use A to get on the bike, ride it over to Grawp and use Y to ring the bell. The ringing wakes him up, he'll stand up so you can get to the stuff behind him, and then you get back on the bike and keep ringing the bell using Y as you slowly move back to where Umbridge is jumping up and down. Getting there with him following you on the bike ends that part.
