Question for LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7
In year 6 the cave how do I get the goblet? It says to use the deluminator but I can't figure out how to get the light.

First, hold "Y" and aim at a lighted lamp. Let go of "Y" to capture the light. To transfer light, hold "Y" and aim at a unlighted lamp.
(the unlighted lamps are the ones that emit the weird blue light. The lighted ones are the lamps that emit yellow light.) Hope I helped!

Same problem for my son here on 3DS. Years 6 - Chapter 4. Can only seem to light one at a time and when get light back light next and after having tried all 3 in various combinations still cant open door.

Ok here is what you do. U go down past the goblet and come 2 the lake. There will be a light post there. Use dumbledors deluminaitor 2 take the light and put in the stand of where the goblet is being held. That will release the goblet so you can take it. But I havnt gotten any further than that. Im stuck because I can't figure out how 2 get past the snake head thats breathing fire. Can anyone help ME with that little problem?

I found that there were two of each, lamps and goblet things. If you can't get past one, go for the other.
To use the deluminator, well, here's how I use it:
Walk up to the lamp and hold you're finger/pointer(apple/ds) over the light. Then let go. That's how you do it on iPad or iPod touch or iPhone.
