In Year 5, Chapter 3, 12 Grimmauld Place, how do I get out of the dining room? I know that I can control (become) Kreacher by casting Imperius on him, but after that, what do I do?

On the left of the room is a door turn the handle and a box will come out, build the box push it to the bottom and a cake will pop out and the flying gnome will sit and eat the cake and will drop something allowing you to open the locked door at the bottom
I don't get the purpose imperiusing Kreacher if you get the door opener and Kreacher gets away. Plus, you can't escape if you imperuise Kreacher. So, you basically open the door and let Kreacher get away. You should notice the door with the orange handle. Kreacher can't open it.
The point to imperius him is for freeplay. The first answer is right
