I see a medal slot under meta night ball with question marks on it. How do I open it? I beat the game with all 5 charecters, found all medals in main game except one. Should I have to get that last medal? What do I do!!!

No, you don't need the last medal. My brother and I both got the last slot, without getting all the medals. I think that you get it once you hit any switch. But you already should've hit all the switches...If so, your game is messed up. Sorry.
