"jolt" is the effect of a lightning attack, to jolt a heartless use any command that is electric based

It means you have to use thunder-based moves to "Paralyze" the enemy

If you use the Olympia Keyblade, you can use Attach Thunder so you can potentially jolt enemies while simply attacking.

Jolt is a status condition. If the one afflicted touches ANYTHING except ground, they will take damage.
