Shadow is the best player to scout because you can get him right away!!!

Erik Eagle can be found in the hospital after the kirkwood match. Bobby must be in your group when you enter the hospital it will then skip to cinematic
Saggy is the BEST!! Get his boots and sunglasses and find him in Rajin models at shopping area. Greenfield worked as a great midfielder for me but he is no use since I've got Erik eagle and Jude sharp. Lowe was my defender till chapter 9. I don't like Shadow though.
All the others who voted for shadow are correct he comes with shadow stitch and he gets dark tornado on level 17 or 18
