To get the phoenix you have to get erik eagle and leavel him up to leven 47 and you learn the phoenix about the other moves I don't now
Emperor penguin no 1, the tower, god catch and death zone 2 you can't get till game 2 and god knows can only be learned by Byron Love (Aphrodite) who you can't recruit until game 2
Adding to the previous answer, Megane (Willy Glass) can learn god knows as well (at lvl 99 I think).
You can only get tri pegasus and the pheonix on ds in your list. The rest apart from god catch which is in inazuma eleven 3 are in inazuma eleven 2. Unless you have r4 card or anything like that.
