I think that you must first get erik eagel and than he has one open place, I think that's tri pegasus

No. In IE1, for some reason Ichinose doesnt't have Tri-Pegasus as his default technique, and I really don't know why.
But I think we don't really need Tri-Pegasus, 'cause The Phoenix will be enough to smash any keeper, even Poseidon. It has 62 TP.

Tri-Pegasus is available through cheats...
It's in the games coding, so maybe it will get released as DLC.
Eric learns the phoenix at level 46 and I think that malcom from kirkwood will learn it as his last move
