How do I restart the game or over write a file ?

Hi,If you meant to start the game new again(From level 1),You need to delete your profile at the profile menu in the beggining of the game(after languange menu). If you have an empty profile slot at the profile menu, touch it and you will start from the beggining of the game again 
.
