I have to make a knee length black skirt and blouse but there are no black solid colors to choose from so how do I make the black color? I have tried many combinations and can't seem to pass the level.

It is the last skirt don't do anything to it except for turning the color pink and for the blouse it is the second one same do do anything except turn it pink.
