I do not know how to make a mini skirt for the summer teen thing

All you have to do is go to the skirt when you are about to dress her, then you choose a skirt, like a jean skirt. Then you cut it off to make it short! Now you have a miniskirt!

do you have to have all dffrent styles like mini skirts the short skirt then a hippyshort skirt the normal skirt do they have to be all diffrerent or do they all have to be mini skirts
