Lawn mower won't start

Starter comes out but can't move the lawn mower

Hi, when you're looking down at the lawn mower on the right is a white circle looking object. In line with the red arrow. You need to put your stylus on it and swipe to the right all the way across the screen until it starts. Good luck.

You just have to pull on the thing that the arrow is pointing to across the screen and then start cutting the grass

All you have to do is pull the cord until it starts itself and the lawnmower wont move on the touch screen it will on the top screen.
