How do I get the Webisode up to 10K? Does it involve that mini game at the beginning? Items I put into the room? The acts the girls do? Or does it just go up each Saturday naturally??

In general, it depends on how many points you score in the game before each show. 1 point = 1 viewer.
Blue gems = 10P, purple gems = 100P.
1000P is the bonus in case you complete the stage.
It says that you get points for how the stage is decorated, but I've never received any points for that and don't know if it actually works.
Spoiler alert: After reaching 10000 viewers, the next task is to get 20000. Then 30000. No idea if it'll ever stop.
