I don't know were Amber is so what should I do know

It took me years to find her, I think it comes randomly depending on how frequent you bother the characters. I just randomly went up to Carly when she was in the icarly and she assigned me to meet up with Amber. Once you meet up with amber you’ll be able to give her the monster wall. She is in the Groovy smoothie but not until Carly tells you to find her.
