You can find it at the random store or if you have a item finder, you can locate it on the ground by pressing the a button. It took me a while to find it, but if you keep looking in those places for it, you'll have your hands on that TV in no time at all! Wheather you need it for a favor, or just for decorations,if you just never give up you will have it sooner than you think you willSmile
