It took me a really long time to find it. I got mine from the kid standing outside Carlys apartment after I got him something he wanted. But I read online from other people that got it in other ways. In the claw machine or even in the ground. I think it is different for everyone.

I ended up getting the origami tv from the arcade's claw machine. You can play to win up to 6 times each day.
