I am stuck (for a week now!!) on Losa
Angeles level 2. I can make enough money, but just can't get to treat enough patients. Haven't got enough money for any new machines and can't sell anything. Do I just wait until the game gives me a set of patients that will allow me to level up?

I had the same problem; you have to pay more to the personal (in the section where you can buy new machines; on the top you can see an option for salaries; increase the payment of your personal; they will be more quickly and you can reach the necesary patients.
