After I walk Helen Parker to the resturant what am I suppose to do while I'm waiting for her to finish.

Go back to the host stand where louie is and talk to him he will give you a pen. Go to the kitchen and look around.touch the bags of flour and take out the pen hyde will put flour on his finger you have to rub the pen until you can't rub anymore then tap the pen until the writing is revealed and then all should continue from there.
